Archway releases extensions to its industry leading portfolio management and accounting platform, ATWeb.
INDIANAPOLIS, IN Feb. 21, 2011 – Over the past weekend, Archway released several enhancements to the ATWeb platform. The full list of enhancements, along with additional detail regarding the items below, have been distributed to active clients.
Nested Entity Reconciliation: A new validation check has been added to the Accounting Period Close process to assist users in the reconciliation of nested investment balances.
Evaluation of Stock Splits on Contributed Securities: Tax lots contributed in-kind may now be entered in ATWeb using post-split quantities and will no longer be evaluated for stock splits when the contribution date is after the stock split date.
Investor Module Capital Activity and Nested Owners: Capital activity (contributions, withdrawals and transfers) recorded through the Investor Module for a nested equity owner will now trigger the automatic posting of balance sheet entries in the nested Entity.
Modeling & Rebalancing: The existing functionality has been enhanced to allow for user interaction and analysis at the Entity level, in addition to the levels currently available.
Enterprise Portfolio Staging Table – ‘Failed’ Transaction Resolution: An Export to Excel option has been added in the Enterprise Portfolio Transaction X-File Import Staging Table to assist users in resolving error messages from transactions, which failed processing from the staging table.
User Security – Profile List: User Security permissions have been enhanced to allow for the control of User Account View, Add, Update and Delete credentials by Profile type (i.e. Customer, Investor, and Vendor).

Other Updates: Archway Development released new integrations with the following data providers: SunGard (AddVantage), SunGard (Phase 3), and Merlin Securities
