Title: Mid-level to Senior-level Software Developer
Archway Technology Partners is seeking a Mid-level to Senior-level Software Developer to join the product development team. Our products are web based and delivered in an Application Service Provider model. Responsibilities:
- Participate in design of new features and functionality
- Participate in the maintenance of existing features and functionality
- Deliver high quality code according to schedule
- Work as part of team to stay abreast of changes/advances in development tools and techniques
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent degree/work experience
- 2 - 5 years development experience in Microsoft technologies
- In depth knowledge of Microsoft Technologies (Microsoft.Net, C#, IIS6 or higher, .Net Web Services)
- Deep knowledge of relational databases (Diagramming, Transact SQL, etc) including specific knowledge of SQL Server 2000/2005
- Knowledge of Adobe Flex is helpful
- Basic understanding of Accounting and Securities Trading is nice to have

Title: Analyst - Services & Support Group Overview
Location: Indianapolis
Responsibilities:
As an Analyst within Archway's Services & Support Group, you will work hand-in-hand with Archway's customer base. The primary responsibility of an Analyst is to provide the day-to-day functional application support for the ATWeb application to Archway customers. This includes both telephone and email dialogue with customers to answer inquiries and assist in their use of the ATWeb application. In addition to providing functional application support to Archway customers, you will also participate in project-based work that includes activities such as the initial setup and data conversion of new customers on the ATWeb platform.
Analyst candidates must possess a strong desire to learn and comprehensively understand the ATWeb application. Candidates must also possess the ability to quickly comprehend customer inquires and effectively respond to customers with detailed answers in a timely manner. This can involve inquires related to specific attributes of ATWeb system functionality as well as inquires regarding general accounting principals. Finally, candidates must have the desire to be part of a small, growing company that maintains a fast-paced, dynamic culture.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree or currently working towards
- Ability to communicate professionally and effectively
- Ability to comprehend and document business processes and workflows
- Strong understanding of Microsoft Office applications, including Microsoft Access
- Fundamental understanding of accounting (CPA not required)
- Ability to work both collaboratively and independently
- Emphasis on organizational skills and the ability to multi-task
