Archway is seeking a Business Analyst to join the Client Relations team. The Client Relations team is responsible for ensuring client retention through ongoing technology and accounting consulting and ATWeb product training. Members of this team are expected to serve as an advocate for the client by providing accurate, timely and thorough communication to all Archway clients. The Client Relations team responds to a wide variety of inquiries, such as financial industry questions, product functionality, technical issues and data inquiries. The ideal candidate will have a background in accounting or finance, as well as an interest in technology and a desire to work in a fast-paced environment.

The primary responsibilities of this position include:

  • Consulting with clients as they actively use the ATWeb application for their investment operations and accounting functions
  • Working closely with clients to understand and troubleshoot issues identified within ATWeb
  • Collaborating with internal stakeholders and other analysts to research and respond to client inquiries
  • Documenting all client interactions and support requests in Archway’s internal tracking system
  • Assisting with the development and maintenance of client-facing documentation within Archway’s online knowledge portal
  • Planning and coordinating client trainings and annual user conference
  • Participating in software testing processes
  • Educating clients on Archway’s product and service offerings to help identify inside sales opportunities

  • Bachelor’s degree in finance or accounting
  • Up to 3 years prior work experience
  • Familiar with accounting principles and investment terminology

  • Strong understanding of Microsoft Office applications
