The Archway Consulting group is an extension of our Support team. This team, led by former Big 6 consultants, combines the unique functional and technical knowledge required for all types of operations.

Archway has deep experience delivering solutions from the strategic design of the solution utilizing best practice functional expertise to the implementation of an enabling technology, ATWeb. 

Each project utilizes Archway's Implementation Methodology (AIM). AIM combines comprehensive planning, design, development, testing, data conversion, rollout and support activities into a logical sequence that provides customer's with a software solution that has been carefully implemented in the most efficient manner.  AIM is completely scalable and relevant for a single company or a very large multi-company organization.

We have developed functional and technical templates that enable clients to leverage and learn from similar implementations.

'Measure before you Cut'

For large-scale and complex implementations, Archway suggests ONE week of onsite planning/design sessions to complete final evaluation tasks, scope and document services related to Data Conversion, Custom Development, Custom Reporting, Training, and Integrations.

Through these intensive sessions, Archway strives to build informed and shared expectations and develop collaborative schedules to optimize your capacity while recognizing normal operations.
