General Ledger

The G/L is the foundation.  A house must be built on a solid foundation.  An accounting system must be built on a true General Ledger.

The ATWeb General Ledger Module is just that: a true General Ledger.  The General Ledger is the hub upon which every other ATWeb module interacts.  The ATWeb system modules all interact with the General Ledger module through fully traceable journal entries, providing you the appropriate amount of detail in the module sub-ledgers and the General Ledger.

In addition to being the hub and foundation of the entire ATWeb suite, the General Ledger is a fully-functioning module in itself.  The General Ledger module contains advanced functions such as recurring entries, import utilities and Exchange Rate management for the ATWeb multi-currency capabilities.

Perhaps the greatest aspect of the ATWeb General Ledger is a fully-configurable chart of accounts.  This capability allows you to truly tailor ATWeb to your fund's reporting requirements.  The system is multi-fund capable and each fund in the system can carry its own unique chart of accounts. 

A simple truth: accounting is not accounting unless it is in a true General Ledger.
