Jason Brown

Jason Brown

Chief Executive Officer

Jason founded Archway Technology Partners in 2002. He holds overall responsibility for all aspects of the firm as broad as strategic growth and as detailed as daily company operations. Jason has overseen the growth of the company from one person to today where the firm employs over 100 highly skilled team members across three separate businesses in three locations. 

From 1995 to 1997, Jason worked for Arthur Andersen Business Consulting in Grand Rapids, Michigan, where he worked on developing and implementing Enterprise Resource Planning software (ERP) systems. In 2001, Jason founded a hedge fund named The Pioneer Group. During this time Jason developed a software application to manage the partnership accounting and back-office accounting functions for hedge funds.  In August 2002, Jason closed The Pioneer Group and founded Archway.
 
Jason holds a Bachelor of Science degree from Michigan State University in Mechanical Engineering.

Ryan Laughon

Ryan Laughon

President

Ryan is one the co-founders of Archway and serves as the firm's President. During his tenure at Archway, Ryan has led the Implementation Consulting, Client Services, Product Development and Sales & Marketing business units. Ryan currently oversees day-to-day operations for the firm with a focus on new business development and company growth initiatives.
 
Prior to Archway, Ryan worked at MarketSphere Consulting as a software implementation consultant. Ryan began his career in the technology consulting practice at Arthur Anderson.
 
Ryan holds a Bachelor of Science degree from The University of Kansas.

Clay Sandberg

Clay Sandberg

Chief Financial Officer

Clay is a founding member of Archway Technology Partners and oversees the firm's financial and administrative matters. Clay helps drive strategy and execution across the business and is involved in strategic planning and managing client relationships.

Prior to Archway, Clay was a Manager at MarketSphere Consulting where he focused on creating solutions to help companies leverage technology to optimize their financial function. He was a former member of KPMG’s Forensic and Litigation Services Practice where he provided expert analysis for the financial aspects of clients’ legal affairs. Prior to KPMG, Clay was a member of the Strategy, Finance and Economics and Finance Operations service areas for Arthur Andersen’s Business Consulting Practice.

Clay has a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting and an MBA with concentrations in Accounting and Finance from Indiana University. He is a licensed CPA in the State of Indiana.

Eric Vicars

Vice President

Eric joined Archway in 2007 after a career in business systems and operations consulting. From 2007 through 2012, Eric served as the Director of Professional Services where he was actively engaged in client service, client implementations and internal process development for the Professional Services team. In 2012, Eric transitioned into a new role within Archway as Vice President of Product Development and Information Systems where he served through 2016. He provided daily oversight of the product development lifecycles, strategic product planning and system operations and information security.
 
In his current role as Vice President, Eric is leading Archway's Implementation Consulting team as well as Archway's Financial Administration and Portfolio Reporting Services teams.
 
Eric holds a Bachelor of Science degree from Indiana University with a concentration in Business Process Management and Economics.

Brad Holifield

Brad Holifield

Vice President, Product Management

As Vice President of Product Management, Brad has responsibility over the software offerings at Archway, including oversite of the Product Design, Product Development and Quality Assurance groups.
 
Brad joined Archway in 2008 and serviced as the Director of Product Design for six years, before moving into his current role. His prior experience includes custom application design for various industries, creating custom analytics tools while with Liberty Mutual and serving as the Director of Operations for a startup company.
 
Brad has a Bachelor's degree from Purdue University and an MBA with a concentration in Finance from Butler University.

Dennis Mangalindan

Dennis Mangalindan

Vice President, Business Development

Dennis is Vice President of Business Development and is responsible for developing strategies to help Archway reach new markets, attract new leads and acquire new clients. His responsibilities range from SEO strategy, positioning, communications and sales cycle management to the continual development and improvement of the sales and marketing team.

Prior to joining Archway, Dennis served as Managing Director of Sales and Marketing at Financial Navigator, Inc. where he was responsible for the company’s growth and market penetration.

Dennis has a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration with a concentration in Marketing from San Jose State University.

 
Anya Janeway

Anya Janeway

Vice President, Client Services

Anya joined Archway in 2007 and runs the firm's Client Services department. In this role, Anya is responsible for all client-facing services, including product support and client outreach initiatives at Archway. Anya started her career at the firm as a member of the Archway Finance & Operations business unit in 2007. In 2009, Anya transferred into Archway's Professional Services business unit where she was responsible for software implementations and the client's experience post-contract.
 
In 2011, Anya led the formation of Archway's Client Services department to provide a team dedicated to post-implementation client services.
 
Anya graduated from Ball State University with a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting.

Steven Edelman

Managing Director, Institutional Relationships

As Managing Director of Institutional Relationships, Steve is responsible for the management and growth of new and existing client relationships with private banks and other financial institutions. 
 
Steve joined Archway in 2015 from Private Client Resources (PCR), a consolidated data aggregation and reporting firm, where he held the position of Managing Director, Relationship Services. While at PCR he was responsible for ensuring client satisfaction as well as the development of existing business relationships with the firm’s Private Bank, Registered Investment Advisor (RIA) and Family Office clients. 
 
Steve holds a Bachelor of Arts from the University of Albany and a Masters in Public Administration from John Jay College.

 
Robin Williams

Managing Director, Institutional Relationships

As Managing Director of Institutional Relationships, Robin is responsible for the management and growth of new and existing client relationships with private banks and other financial institutions. 
 
Robin joined Archway in 2016 from Private Client Resources (PCR), a consolidated data aggregation and reporting firm, where he held the position of Managing Director, Product Development and CTO. While at PCR he was responsible for development and implementation of product and technology with the firm’s Private Bank, Registered Investment Advisor (RIA) and Family Office clients. 
 
Robin holds a Bachelor of Science from the College of Charleston, SC.
Kyle Jones

Kyle Jones

Director, Implementation Consulting

Kyle is the Director of Consulting at Archway Technology Partners.  He is responsible for developing and leading the Consulting team and planning and coordinating professional services, software implementations, and training for new Archway clients.
 
Prior to joining Archway, Kyle worked within the Healthcare divisions at NCR and QuadraMed, specializing in selling and implementing Revenue Cycle solutions.  He began his career working in the Business Consulting practice of Arthur Andersen where he specialized in Enterprise Resource Planning solutions in the Financial Services, Consumer Products, and Automotive industries. Following Arthur Andersen, Kyle was a member of the Information Systems group at The Steak n Shake Company.
 
Kyle earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Business with a concentration in Computer Information Systems from the Kelley School of Business at Indiana University.

Craig Harnish

Craig Harnish

Director, Quality Assurance

Craig is responsible for developing, implementing and maintaining an organization-wide quality assurance/quality control (QA/QC) program.  Previously, Craig held the position Director of Operations of Archway Finance and Operations, where he was responsible for oversight of daily operational activities including client service, quality assurance and strategic planning.  Before that, as Director of Professional Services, he oversaw all aspects of planning, coordination, execution, status reporting and stability of project-oriented work efforts including ATWeb implementation projects.
 
Prior to joining Archway, Craig served as the Manager of Finance at the Indiana Public Employees Retirement Fund and as a senior accountant in the real estate investment trust industry.

Craig holds a Bachelor of Science in Business from the Kelley School of Business at Indiana University and an MBA in Accounting from Indiana Wesleyan University.
