As Director of Operations, Eric leads SEI Family Office Services' client servicing teams including Client Relations, Financial Administration, Implementation Consulting, and Outsourced Portfolio Reconciliation and Reporting. In this role, he oversees technology implementation projects as well as the day-to-day operations that support outsourced services and technology product support functions.
Having been with the organization since 2007, Eric has supported family office and financial institution clients in various roles that have focused on client service, implementations, information technology and product development. Prior to SEI, Eric held positions in operations and IT management consulting and began his career as part of the business process and technology consulting group at Arthur Andersen.
Eric is a graduate of Indiana University.
