Ryan Laughon

Relationship management, client service, product and solution management
Ryan is the head of SEI’s Family Office Services division. In this role, Ryan is responsible for developing and executing the market unit’s strategic plan to deliver sophisticated, technology-driven products and services to family offices and financial institutions working with high-net-worth individuals.
As a founding executive of SEI’s Family Office Services division, formerly known as Archway Technology Partners, Ryan has played an integral role in the evolution and expansion of the group's flagship Archway Platform
SM
within the family office industry. Over the past two decades, he has overseen sales and relationship management efforts as well as client service, product development and technology implementation functions.
Ryan’s background also includes technology consulting and implementation roles at Arthur Andersen and MarketSphere Consulting. He is a graduate of The University of Kansas.
Clay Sandberg
Managing Director of Operations, SEI Family Office Services

Clay is responsible for leading the Business Management, Information Systems and Outsourced Accounting Administration teams within SEI’s Family Office Services division. In this role he assesses solution profitability, manages the internal IS/IT functions and provides strategic guidance related to existing client relationships and new business deals. He also oversees the fund and partnership accounting administration service and delivery for the unit’s family office and emerging fund clients.
Clay was a founding executive of SEI’s Family Office Services division, formerly known as Archway Technology Partners, where he served as Chief Financial Officer overseeing the firm’s financial and administrative matters. Additionally, Clay served as a financial technology consultant at MarketSphere Consulting, was a former member of KPMG’s Forensic and Litigation Services Practice and also worked in Arthur Andersen’s Business Consulting Practice.
Clay graduated with an MBA from Indiana University. He also holds a CPA designation.
Paul Freeland
Head of Sales and Service, SEI Family Office Services

Business development best practices
Paul is responsible for all new business development within SEI’s Family Office Services division. His team is responsible for identifying new opportunities in the marketplace and presenting value-add technology and outsourced service solutions to family offices, private banks, private wealth advisors and alternative asset managers.
In a previous capacity, Paul served as President of SEI AFO where he oversaw fund administration operations for the firm’s emerging managers segment. Additionally, Paul was a founding executive of Archway Technology Partners, acquired by SEI in 2017, where he was responsible for the outsourcing and back-office administration services for family offices, multi-family offices, hedge funds and private equity funds.
Paul is a graduate of Indiana State University and received his MBA from Indiana University. Paul also holds a CPA designation.
Eric Vicars
Director of Client Services, SEI Family Office Services

Service and support models and delivery
Eric leads SEI Family Office Service’s Client Service teams including Client Relations, Financial Administration, Implementation Consulting and Outsourced Portfolio Reconciliation and Reporting. In this role, he oversees technology implementation projects as well as the day-to-day operations that support outsourced services and technology product support functions.
Having been with the organization since 2007, Eric has supported family office and financial institution clients in various roles that have focused on client service, implementations, information technology and product development. Prior to SEI, Eric held positions in operations and IT management consulting and began his career as part of the business process and technology consulting group at Arthur Andersen.
Eric is a graduate of Indiana University.
Brad Holifield
Director of Product Development - Archway Platform, SEI Family Office Services

Brad is responsible for the oversight of the overall product roadmap as well as the design, development and quality assurance functions related to the Archway Platform

. He is also responsible for the strategic integration of the Archway Platform into the broad suite of solutions offered by SEI.
Brad joined the organization in 2008 and served as the Director of Product Design for six years before moving into his current role. His prior experience also includes custom application design for various industries, creating custom analytics tools while with Liberty Mutual and serving as the Director of Operations for a startup company.
Brad is a graduate of Purdue University and received his MBA from Butler University.
Jason Brown

Relationship management and strategic partnership oversight
Jason is a founding partner and former CEO of Archway Technology Partners, now known as SEI Family Office Services. Today, he serves as a strategic advisor to the business and provides ongoing insight related to global growth, solution innovation and operational enhancements.
Jason’s passion and dedication grew the organization from a one man start-up to a prosperous and renowned technology provider known universally by family offices and financial institutions. Throughout his career, he led multiple initiatives including the design, development and deployment of the firm’s flagship software application in 2002, the launch of Archway’s outsourced fund administration group in 2004, the introduction of groundbreaking client portal technology in 2012, the strategic acquisition of WealthTouch Inc. in 2014 and ultimately the integration of Archway and SEI in 2017.
Jason’s background also includes Enterprise Resource Planning software (ERP) system development and implementation at Arthur Andersen. He also founded a hedge fund named The Pioneer Group where he developed the groundwork for the platform that is today known as the Archway Platform
