Jason Brown

Jason Brown

Chief Executive Officer

Jason founded SEI Archway in 2002. He holds overall responsibility for all aspects of the firm as broad as strategic growth and as detailed as daily company operations. Jason has overseen the growth of the company from one person to today where the firm employs over 100 highly skilled team members across three separate businesses in three locations. 

From 1995 to 1997, Jason worked for Arthur Andersen Business Consulting in Grand Rapids, Michigan, where he worked on developing and implementing Enterprise Resource Planning software (ERP) systems. In 2001, Jason founded a hedge fund named The Pioneer Group. During this time Jason developed a software application to manage the partnership accounting and back-office accounting functions for hedge funds.  In August 2002, Jason closed The Pioneer Group and founded SEI Archway.
 
Jason holds a Bachelor of Science degree from Michigan State University in Mechanical Engineering.

Ryan Laughon

Ryan Laughon

President

Ryan is one the co-founders of SEI Archway and serves as the firm's President. During his tenure at SEI Archway, Ryan has led the Implementation Consulting, Client Services, Product Development and Sales & Marketing business units. Ryan currently oversees day-to-day operations for the firm with a focus on new business development and company growth initiatives.
 
Prior to SEI Archway, Ryan worked at MarketSphere Consulting as a software implementation consultant. Ryan began his career in the technology consulting practice at Arthur Andersen.
 
Ryan holds a Bachelor of Science degree from The University of Kansas.

Clay Sandberg

Clay Sandberg

Chief Financial Officer

Clay is a founding member of SEI Archway and oversees the firm's financial and administrative matters. Clay helps drive strategy and execution across the business and is involved in strategic planning and managing client relationships.

Prior to SEI Archway, Clay was a Manager at MarketSphere Consulting where he focused on creating solutions to help companies leverage technology to optimize their financial function. He was a former member of KPMG’s Forensic and Litigation Services Practice where he provided expert analysis for the financial aspects of clients’ legal affairs. Prior to KPMG, Clay was a member of the Strategy, Finance and Economics and Finance Operations service areas for Arthur Andersen’s Business Consulting Practice.

Clay has a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting and an MBA with concentrations in Accounting and Finance from Indiana University. He is a licensed CPA in the State of Indiana.

Eric Vicars

Vice President

Eric joined SEI Archway in 2007 after a career in business systems and operations consulting. From 2007 through 2012, Eric served as the Director of Professional Services where he was actively engaged in client service, client implementations and internal process development for the Professional Services team. In 2012, Eric transitioned into a new role within SEI Archway as Vice President of Product Development and Information Systems where he served through 2016. He provided daily oversight of the product development lifecycles, strategic product planning and system operations and information security.
 
In his current role as Vice President, Eric is leading SEI Archway's Implementation Consulting team as well as SEI Archway's Financial Administration and Portfolio Reporting Services teams.
 
Eric holds a Bachelor of Science degree from Indiana University with a concentration in Business Process Management and Economics.

Brad Holifield

Brad Holifield

Vice President, Product Management

As Vice President of Product Management, Brad has responsibility over the software offerings at SEI Archway, including oversite of the Product Design, Product Development and Quality Assurance groups.
 
Brad joined SEI Archway in 2008 and serviced as the Director of Product Design for six years, before moving into his current role. His prior experience includes custom application design for various industries, creating custom analytics tools while with Liberty Mutual and serving as the Director of Operations for a startup company.
 
Brad has a Bachelor's degree from Purdue University and an MBA with a concentration in Finance from Butler University.
